Ginny Telego is the Founder and President of The Collaboration Partners (TCP), a workforce and leadership development consultancy she founded in 2009. With a Master's in Business Psychology and four decades of experience with horses, Ginny brings a rare combination of organizational expertise and equine wisdom to the work of leadership development.
Her work has served frontline managers, emerging leaders, senior executives, intact teams, and entrepreneurs across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and government.
